Virtual Manat (VM for short) is a virtual unit of measurement created on the website Pandabio.az to obtain items. VM can be used only on Pandabio.az. You can use the VMs on your balance to get any item placed on the website. Currently, the value of 1 Virtual Manat is equal to 1 Azerbaijani manats. The Virtual Manat is not a type of currency and is simply a unit of measurement created to balance value and change the things.

You can get Virtaul Manat by handing over the items you do not need or do not use to Pandabio.az. In addition, you can buy a VM on the site Pandabio.az for manat.

To hand over an item that you do not use and you no longer need, you can hand it over by going to the “Send Item” page in the “My Account” section. You need to write detailed information about the item, take as clear a picture as possible and note the real value. Your offer will then be approved, canceled or a request will be sent to you about the value you have given. The goods are transported by Eco-Delivery and the delivery price is fixed at five Azerbaijani Manats. After receiving the agreement, your item will be taken from your address via Eco-Delivery and placed in the Pandabio.az warehouse, and your VMs will be immediately transferred to your balance.

Eco-Delivery is all the transportation processes of the Pandabio.az project. Items picked up from you and all items delivered to you occur through Eco-Delivery. Eco-Delivery is 100% environmentally friendly and takes into account nature. The vehicles used are electric vehicles.

To get any item you choose from the Pandabio.az catalog, you must first add it to the cart. You can then complete the payment by going to the payment page. It should be noted that in order to get the item of your choice, you must have a enough VM worth it. The goods are transported by Eco-Delivery and the delivery price is fixed at five Azerbaijani manats.

Delivery is available on Pandabio.az on the same day. However, orders given by the second half of the day are delivered on the same day. Otherwise, delivery will take place the next morning.

The valuation of the item is currently calculated according to the statistical average selling price and taking into account its condition. In order to speed up the process, when placing your item for hand over, please take into account its condition and make a realistic valuation.

Currently, there is no number limit for handing over products on Pandabio.az. Although if many items were requested for hand over at the same time, it is possible to pick them them partially.

Currently, considering Eco-Delivery, you can order three products or three kilograms in one order as standard.

If you accept and follow all the rules and have enough funds on your balance to purchase the item, your order will not be canceled. If this happens, please call Customer Service or contact us by email.

You can cancel immediately after ordering the item. However, you should keep in mind that if the product leaves the warehouse, you can cancel order only after the delivery is completed and the delivery cost is paid. In either case, all VMs you pay will be fully refunded to your balance.

If the item you ordered is damaged during transportation or storage or is not presented to you as described, we are solely responsible and will return it free of charge or replace it with a new one.

Once the item you want to hand over is approved, you can easily cancel the pick up. If the item you want to deliver is approved and you want to cancel it at the time of pick up, you will have to pay a fine for using Eco-Delivery in vain in the amount of three Azerbaijani Manats. If your item has been picked up from you and placed in a warehouse and you received your Virtual Manats, and you want to take your item back, you can only order it.

The use, purchase and sale of all products which is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan is also prohibited and will not be accepted in Pandabio.az. They cannot be exchanged, bought or sold on this site.
